I used this service to send two suitcases from a hotel in Madrid to a hotel in Rome. I thought €170 for both was far too expensive, but as I couldn’t take them with me on the trip, I went ahead and booked it. It would have been much more reasonable if it had been around €50 per suitcase. The weak yen made the cost feel even higher.
