Checking in my luggage was really straightforward. The man at the counter was very friendly. You’re given a token, which you have to hand back when you collect your luggage. I’d definitely do it again and recommend it to others. Quick, no crowds (even though the Lanxess Arena had closed its doors), and easy to do on the spur of the moment
If I were to nitpick, I’d say that the staff member wasn’t quite as customer-friendly after the shift change and was making a video call whilst I was returning my items
Die Gepäckabgabe hat super unkompliziert funktioniert. Der Herr an der Kasse war sehr freundlich. Man bekommt einen Chip, welchen man bei der Abholung wieder abgeben muss. Würde ich auf jeden Fall nochmal machen und weiter empfehlen. Schnell, keine Massen (obwoll Lanxess Arena ihre Taschenab zu hatte), spontan machbar
Meckern auf hohem Niveau wäre, dass der Mitarbeiter nach dem Schichtwechsel nicht ganz so kundenfreundlich war und nebenbei während der Rückgabe ein Videotelefonat geführt hat

Unfortunately, the first payment via PayPal didn’t go through, but customer support refunded the money quickly. The second attempt using a credit card was successful, and the storage and collection went perfectly.
Nachdem die erste Buchung mit Paypal leider nicht funktionierte, hat der Support das Geld schnell erstattet. Der zweite Versuch mit Kreditkarte klappte und die Einlagerung und Abholung verlief dann perfekt.
