I took away a star because there are steps involved with getting to the elevator for this upper-floor hotel that stores bags. (An entire flight, at the entrance to the building. At least it is a wide entry way set of steps, and not a narrow hallway type set of steps.) Other than that, the experience was seamless, the staff was kind, and it was easy enough to locate, if you use your map app.

Went back after 10 minutes to get a hat. Found luggage unattended. Worried as have already been robbed
