Collecting the bag in the evening was quick and smooth. Dropping it in the morning took nearly 30 minutes because a new member of staff was unable to use the relevant app on his phone. It went on and on and on. He had no English, so I used Googletranslate to comunicate. With luck he will have mastered the system by the time you use them! Otherwise, it was very close to our accommodation, so very handy.

The location was very close to where we were staying so we didn’t have to walk far. The staff were very friendly and we were able to put more in/ out of our bags with no difficulty. This is an excellent service and a great location
