It was very easy to book a locker through the APP. The only difficulty encountered was finding the location inside the Central World shopping mall in Bangkok. The shopping center is very large, consequently it would have been useful to also have a map of the entrances to know where to enter. But apart from this that does not depend on the APP itself, I give 5 stars.
